These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InboxCorvid ("the Service"), operated by InboxCorvid ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

InboxCorvid is an AI-powered email management platform. It connects to your business email inbox via IMAP/SMTP, reads incoming customer emails, categorises them using artificial intelligence, generates professional reply drafts, sends approved replies, and provides analytics and a review queue for quality control.
The Service is provided on an invite-only basis. An invite code is required to create an account.

The Service uses Google Gemini, a large language model, to analyse emails and generate reply drafts. You acknowledge that:
We strongly recommend enabling the Review Queue feature for sensitive or high-stakes customer communications.
By connecting your inbox to InboxCorvid, you authorise the Service to access, read, and process emails in that inbox for the purpose of providing the Service. You confirm that:
InboxCorvid acts as a data processor on your behalf. Your customers' email data is processed solely to provide the Service and is not sold or used for advertising. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
We aim to provide the Service continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
Access to InboxCorvid is currently provided on terms agreed individually between you and InboxCorvid. Pricing, billing frequency, and payment terms will be communicated to you separately. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will delete or return your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any data processing agreement in place.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InboxCorvid and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to InboxCorvid in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of them.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
